About Josie Gregory

My main areas of interest are; leadership development, in particular Spirited Leadership, transformational learning and change, neuroscience and states of consciousness to maximise potential; using clear dialogue with conflict in work and organisations with the aim to bring about harmony and effective working relations; and the impact of coaching at the personal and organisational levels. I have been described as a senior consultant and coach to change consultants.

Professional and academic qualifications

I am a psychology graduate with postgraduate professional training and qualifications in Humanistic Psychology and Group Facilitation (IDHP); Awarded a PhD in Interpersonal Relations in Work Environments (University of Surrey 1994); I have postgraduate qualifications in Adult Education (University of Surrey); Postgraduate qualifications in Psychotherapy (UKCP registered); three years study into the Concept of the Self in Spiritual Development (University of Kent in Canterbury); Consciousness studies (Independent studies); and various clinical and other qualifications in Nursing, Midwifery and NHS teaching.
 

I am an independent consultant and coach, and group facilitator. I work with consultants and coaches offering professional and personal development, professional supervision and academic supervision for consultants and coaches working at Master’s and doctoral level.

Associate of Ashridge Business School working with senior organisational consultants pursuing doctoral studies into their organisational practice.

Associate of Metanoia Institute teaching and supervising professionals on the MSc in Psychological Coaching.

Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist.
